Our shipments are at customer's expense and risk, regardless the delivery system. If there is a breakdown, breakage or theft during transport, the customer must place the related claim to the transport agency, leaving us free of any responsibility in everything that may happen during the shipment.

We will be responsible for transportation expenses when shipments are over 700€ net and only within the peninsula and Balearic Islands. Shipments over 1,000€ net, customers will assume the total transportation charges and responsibilities.

In the case of freight shipments paid by Manufacturas Plásticas May S.A. claims for breakage will be accepted within 24 hours maximum after receipt of the merchandise, accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note of the Transportation Agency in which the incidence is shown.

The prices listed under "230 V" are devices with electrical installation composed by reactance, lamp holders, holders, primers and wiring for operation at such voltage, the prices listed under "H.F." are of devices with electrical installation composed of electronic ballast, lamp holders and wiring for their operation. These facilities do not include fluorescent tubes or lamps unless it is particularly specified.

Customer will not be able to make any claims or returns after 6 days of receiving their material.  

Unless a previously authorized writing agreement, returns will not be accepted. Returns will be only paid the 80% of their total value. The shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Two years old material will not be refund.

If the manufactured items had a delay due to any majeure force, such as work interruptions, or issues beyond out of control, the order cannot be cancelled or apply any penalties charges since the delivery dates are given always taking account a regular manufacturing process.

The dimensions and characteristics outlined, both in our general catalogue and in our price list, are estimated to be guidance, without any responsibility for our part, Manufacturas Plásticas May S.A. It is not responsible for possible typographical errors.

The payments will be at our address only, without any changes. In case of litigation, the client will only attend the Courts of Bilbao.
